BRIGHT ON THE BLADE 

Can you hear me? Screaming from the cold, I’ m asking

Do you feel me ?  Deep in the afterglow

Can you see me ?  High above my soul  unmasking

The spirit …  shown to the world  below,

So many nights , so many days,

Watching the nightmares unfold

So many sights, so many ways,

So much beyond our control…

Can you hear me ? Setting off a chain reaction

Do you feel me ?  Flesh and bone,

Can you see me?  It’s an animal attraction

The spirit… calling  you  home.

That life was taking it’s toll

To make the pieces the whole…

Can you see me?  Mirrored as my soul companion
